Peachy Plants – Client Agreement & Terms

Hey plant lover!
Thanks for looking to book a service with Peachy Plants. Here's a quick overview of what you can expect from me and what I kindly ask from you. Nothing scary – just a few leafy ground rules to keep things thriving 🌱

✅ What’s Included

Depending on your service, I’ll provide:

  • General plant care (watering, pruning, dusting, pest check)

  • Repotting with the right soil & pot size (you supply the pot or I can bring one for a fee - we can establish this)

  • Plant advice and styling tips if requested at the quote stage but any pot fee with be at at cost fee no extra charges above unit price)

  • Light pest management (e.g. spider mites, fungus gnats)

  • Come to you for the repotting or you can drop off

  • If I find further issues during a repot (i.e. root rot) I will advise you before doing any additional treatments. Depending on the extent of the issue this may be included in the price

⚠️ What’s Not Included

To be safe and fair, I don’t:

  • Guarantee that every plant will survive or thrive, but I will do everything I can (plants can be tricky!)

  • Take responsibility for plants with existing damage, rot, or pest issues that may worsen over time

  • Do deep pest treatment (e.g. full infestations or chemical fumigation), but I can advise on alternative course of action

  • Move large/heavy items or furniture to reach plants

📦 What I Need From You

  • Easy access to your plants (clear surfaces, etc.)

  • Let me know of any pets, allergies, or house quirks

  • If I’m repotting: a clear space to work (preferably with access to a sink or outdoor space)

  • If you can’t be home, just leave a key and instructions – I’ll treat your plants like my own!

💳 Payment & Cancellations

  • Payment is due on the day via bank transfer or cash

  • You’ll get an invoice/receipt by email

  • If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours' notice

  • Late cancellations may be charged at 50% of the service fee (unless we reschedule)

📸 Photos & Social Media

I sometimes snap before/after photos of my work (plants only!) for my Instagram or website. Let me know if you'd prefer not to have any photos taken at your home.

🔒 Privacy

Your info stays with me. I only use your details for scheduling, invoicing, or if I need to get in touch about your booking. No spam. No sharing. If your contact details change or you would like your information to be removed from my system please let me know
